Terms and Conditions outlines any legal information that requires a parental signature. By checking the box and entering their name, this is a digital version of an wet signature. The IP address of the submitter is collected, making it a legally binding document.

If you have it enabled in your camp, this is where you'll configure Program Protector. It will appear as an option on your T&C page. if you're not familiar with Program Protector, contact your CSM and we can help you figure out if it's right for you.
If you'd prefer different terminology than "Terms and Conditions", you can edit the label here.
By "signing", they will be agreeing to these terms and conditions. Again, contact an attorney if you're unsure how this affects you.
Also, on the camper app, just below the T&C, you can see the last time it was saved, and by which user at your camp. This is a great example of why you should never share user logins. You need to know which individual at your camp is making changes.
Below the T&C, parents are agreeing to an affirmation, indicating they are consciously selecting this text.
