Navigate to Admin > CampInTouch > Camper Application Settings and scroll down to 'Session Selection'.

Fill in Message Box 1 & 2. Utilize these messages to give your parents additional information as you see necessary. The session selector message will appear next to the session selection options.

Note: Messages in box 1 & 2 are not required.

Enable Pricing Identifier: If your pricing table uses an Identifier, you may choose to have it appear on the Session Selector page. Otherwise it will appear on the default location, the Camper Information page.

Enabling The Capacity Legend: Clicking this option will display the words 'Wait List' to users on the application in the event a session/program is set to Wait List or Applied status if that session/program is at or over capacity.

Exclude waitlisted sessions/programs from the ledger/financials on Application Update: controls whether or not waitlisted sessions are visible when an applicant returns to an application to make additional selections.

Sessions set to Hide/Show (collapsed Mode): Hide/Show changes the aesthetics of the page. If you offer many sessions that span multiple Session Groups, we recommend enabling the 'Hide/Show' functionality to it's easier for parents to locate the session they want.

Note: Disabling this will show all session groups and sessions in one long list, rather than collapsed.

Display Optional session Information: allows you to decide if you want the 'Cost' and 'Deposit' numbers to show. Parents will be able to see these prices on the Billing page, but you can also display them here when parents are selecting them.

Session min/max settings: Limiting the number of sessions a parent can choose is useful if your camp is setup with a "Choose any five weeks" for a set price package.

Allow selected sessions to overlap: Normally, you might not enable this option. A camper can't really be in two sessions at the same time, but there may be special circumstances, so we allow you to override the setting by checking the box.

Show associated advisory on session select: Each session can be given an 'advisory' (added through Camper Setup 1 > Season Settings > then in each session setup). If you wish for this to display on the online application, check the 'show' box.

Do not require session additions to continue to next page: If you want parents to move past the session page without selecting a new session, you'll want to allow this option.

​Note: If box 12 is unchecked, your parents can't re-submit the camper app without adding a new session. If it's checked, your parents can submit a new app without adding any new sessions.

Session Label: If you call your sessions something other than a 'Session,' you may re-label it here.

Hide dates on the session selector page: By default, session times are 12:00 AM, so unless you've customized your times in Season Settings, leave "show times" unchecked

Show capacity of spaces available per session or program with capacity enabled: If you're using capacity, you may show parents the number of spaces available per session/program.
