You can search for camper and staff records quickly using the search bar, though you need to know who you're looking for. This is faster than browsing through 'Camper Management' or 'Staff Management' sections.

Click into the search bar at the top right of Campminder. The search bar likes the format "Last Name, First Name" with a comma separating the two. The search bar only requires three letters typed in to be able to search.

If you're unsure of the spelling, use a partial name. Type part of the last name and first name using the "Last Name, First Name" format.
Example: to find Annabelle Arviso, you can type "Ar, Ann" to see all names that start with "Ar" and "Ann."
💡Tip: You can even skip entering the last name, if you type a comma. So, entering "Annabelle" returns all people named Annabelle.
The results will appear automatically in the dropdown as you type. You can click on Advanced Search to get a page of all the results.
💡Tip: If you know the last four digits of the phone number or email address, you can search by that too!
